We’ve been busy at Coachmetrix! Our last month has been focused on making user interface updates to enhance your experience, and that of your clients. Checkout some of the latest changes we’ve made to Coachmetrix below.

Keep in mind our special kick-off pricing for 2017. Coachmetrix is now $45 per month for individual coaches instead of $59 per month. This is a limited time offer, so create your account while it lasts.

When new account owners/coaches and participants sign into Coachmetrix for the first time, they’ll be greeted with a quick walk through. The Coach walk through will help guide coaches to create their first project. The participant walk through will orient the participant so that they can more quickly get up and running on their action plan.

 

IMPROVEMENTS TO ADDING PARTICIPANTS 

 

Adding ParticipantsWe made some improvements to adding participants based on customer feedback. Many of you said you wanted to be able to add participants and share resources with them prior to notifying them of their account on Coachmetrix. In other words, you wanted to get your projects setup before engaging with your participants on Coachmetrix. To that end, now you can…

  • Add  a participant and send them a welcome message later.
  • Share resources with participants prior to sending them a welcome message.

Additionally, the participant welcome message is now formatted; it’s addressed to the participant; and it’s sent from the coach (instead of from the Coachmetrix Team).

 

SUPPORTER EXPLAINER VIDEO ADDED

 

We updated the default supporter welcome message to include a 1-minute explainer video of the supporter’s role. You can check it out here and even use it in your marketing!

 

QUICK GLANCE ON PARTICIPANT TILES

 

You can now get a quick status of your participant’s progress simply by looking at their tiles. The tiles now display # of goals, # of supporters and # of pulse feedback rounds completed. This is especially helpful if you are running a coaching engagement with multiple people or a leadership development program with a group of leaders.

OTHER UPDATES

We’ve made a bunch of other smaller updates that you may notice along the way.

And, don’t forget about the recent new features we mentioned in our previous updates. 

  1. Participants or coaches can now share the participant’s action plan with supporters, managers, and anyone they want.
  2. We built a supporter communication system enabling the participant and coach to send welcome, follow-up and custom messages to supporters. You can also schedule those messages to be sent at a future date.
