RECENT PULSE FEEDBACK COMMENTS DISPLAY ON PARTICIPANT’S DASHBOARD

We received feedback that it was hard to find the open-ended pulse feedback comments. Not so any longer! We moved recent comments just below the Participant’s graph on the Participant’s dashboard. You can click through from any of the comments or at the bottom of the comments section to see all comments.

 


SEND ACTION PLAN MESSAGE FORMATTING

As you probably know, it’s easy to email an action plan directly from Coachmetrix to anyone. Simply click on the Share Action Plan button near the Participant’s goals. We recently rolled out an update so that the message accompanying the action plan is better formatted.

 


ISSUES WITH SUPPORTER PULSE FEEDBACK NOT GETTING THROUGH

A few clients have reported issues with pulse feedback messages not getting through to Supporters. We made some back-end changes to our messaging service to resolve the issue. I’ll spare you the technical details. If you notice any issues with your Supporters, please have your client whitelist the following domains and IP addresses.

RECENT GOALS ADDED TO THE COACH DASHBOARD

Remember that we’ve made several changes to the Coach dashboard as well so that you can access the most recent information you need at the project level. Last month, we added “Recent Discussions” to the right of the participant tiles. We also rolled out “Recent Responses” and “Recent Goals.”

 

COACH AND PARTICIPANT AVATARS – UPLOAD AN IMAGE OF YOUR CHOICE!

As a reminder, both the coach and the participant now have the ability to customize their avatar image. You can upload an image manually under your User Settings. Or, if you already have an image on Gravatar, it will automatically display. If you do nothing, you’ll continue to see your initials as a default avatar.
