I hope your summer is off to a great start! We’ve been busy incorporating your feedback into development that we know you will find helpful.

As always, keep sending us your suggestions and comments. We love to hear from you!

Pulse Feedback History

Many Coaches let us know that their supporters would like to see the Pulse Feedback scores that they have submitted for participants in the past. It’s important to give context to those that are providing evaluations going forward. Therefore, Coachmetrix now displays past pulse feedback responses for easy reference.

Below is a screen shot of the updated Pulse Feedback survey. The historical data is displayed at the top of the page.

Pulse Feedback Graph

This request is for round 3 of 5 rounds. Two rounds have already been completed (Round 1: score=0. Round 2: score=1)

The supporter then provides a score for Round 3 and the opportunity to comment in the text box. Once complete, the supporter clicks “Complete Survey” at the bottom of the page and the data is immediately available in Coachmetrix to the Coach and Participant.

When using bar graphs, the score from the first round was “0” thus it does not display. You can easily change to a line graph by selecting the icon at the top of the chart.

Assigning Supporters to Goals

QUICK TIP: Did you know that different supporters can be assigned to each goal? If a goal has already been created, view the goal and click on the pencil icon on the right to edit. A pop up window will appear where all of the supporters are displayed. Check the box by the names of the appropriate supporters and click the “save the goal” button at the bottom of the page.

Note: by default, all of your Supporters will be assigned to each of your goals.
