With almost 1,000 users on Coachmetrix, we’ve been busy listening to your feedback and making product feature updates (see below) including the ability to edit a Participant’s name, adding your logo to Coachmetrix and more.
And, we’ve also started a Coachmetrix Authorized Partner Program where we share ongoing subscription revenue when you refer coaches, trainers and enterprises to Coachmetrix. If you’re interested in learning more, shoot me an email and we’ll send you a brochure and an application for the program.
We’ll continue to send periodic emails with the latest on Coachmetrix – new features, bug fixes and product updates.
Reach out anytime if we can support you in any way, and please let us know how your experience with Coachmetrix is going. We welcome the feedback — firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
EDIT PARTICIPANT NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS
You can now edit a Participant’s name and email address for Participants who haven’t already logged in (instead of having to delete and re-add the Participant). This is especially handy if you copy and pasted an incorrect email address or accidentally spelled a Participant’s name wrong when initially adding them to Coachmetrix.
UPLOAD YOUR LOGO
With an enterprise level account, we can now upload your logo so that you can spotlight your brand on Coachmetrix.
If you’re interested in upgrading to an enterprise level account, let us know and we’ll help you out.
DISCUSSIONS REORDERED: MOST RECENT ON TOP
Based on popular demand, “discussions” have now been reordered so that the most recent discussions are on top, making it easier for Participants and Coaches to find the most recent information.
“N/A” IS NOW A SURVEY CHOICE
Also based on popular demand, instead of forcing Supporters to provide a score, they now have the option to select “N/A”. This is important if Supporters haven’t observed a behavior between pulse feedback rounds or if the behavior isn’t applicable to them.
DEFAULT FEEDBACK PRIVACY SETTING IS NOW…”PARTIALLY ANONYMOUS”
You have three choices when it comes to the privacy of pulse feedback responses. The most popular seems to be the “Partially Anonymous” setting where qualitative and quantitative scores are shown to the Participant, but the Supporter remains anonymous. So, based on your feedback, we made “Partially Anonymous” the default setting for your Projects. But, you can always change it prior to beginning your pulse feedback.
