As we close out 2016, we continue to make some exciting changes to the graphing functionality on Coachmetrix. Wait for it….

Now you have the ability to chose between a “Traditional” graph (what we currently offer in line and bar chart format) and a “Progress” graph which plots progress from a negative to a positive scale. This more closely mimics the mini-survey process Marshall Goldsmith often speaks about to measure the impact of coaching.

Take a look at the details below.

We’ll continue to send periodic emails with the latest on Coachmetrix – new features, bug fixes and product updates.

Reach out anytime if we can support you in any way, and please let us know how your experience with Coachmetrix is going. We welcome the feedback!

Thanks,

Sal Silvester

SETUP EITHER TRADITIONAL OR PROGRESS GRAPHS

Step 1: Go into your edit project page. This is the page where you can edit your project name, number of pulse feedback rounds, pulse feedback scale, etc.

Step 2: Select your Pulse Feedback Type. Coachmetrix will default to the “Traditional Format” setting where pulse feedback surveys are scored on any positive scale (e.g., 1 – 5, 1 – 7, 1- 100).  OR, you can select the Progress Format where pulse feedback surveys are scored on how the Participant has progressed, in a negative to positive scale. For example, -3 through +3.

Step 3: Watch your Participants progress and use the data to support and optimize your coaching!
