Discussions to Teams
There has been a lot of enthusiasm lately around coaching teams. Today’s newsletter will guide you through a feature that is beneficial when working with groups.
A coach can send a message via Discussions to multiple participants within a project at the same time. This makes it much easier and efficient to communicate across the entire group.
First, select the icon to begin a new Discussion.
Next, click on the drop down arrow to display the names of all of the Participants within the Project. Check the box by the names of the other Participants that you would like to receive the message.
Your message to the Participants may include text, images, links and/or files.
You may also utilize a Discussion Template for your message and/or schedule your message to be delivered at a later date.
When you are finished, click the “Start the Discussion” button at the bottom of the page.
The sent message will be displayed on the Discussions page of each of the Participants that received it.

Quick Tip – Upload a Photo/Image to Your Account
It’s easy and available for Coaches and your Participants. Click on your name at the top right corner of the page. Select User Settings from the drop down menu. Under Upload Profile Image, click the Browse button to select your image or photo. Finally, click the green Update Profile button. It’s a great way to personalize your account.
