Knowledge Base Refresh
With the new year, we took a fresh look at the Knowledge Base.
The Knowledge Base is a comprehensive repository of articles with screenshots, videos and detailed instruction to guide Coaches and their clients in fully utilizing Coachmetrix.
We are excited to announce a complete overhaul! The content and screenshots have been updated, the sections have been re-organized and we’ve uploaded new material.
We want to highlight the following sections:
Quick Start Guide – For Coaches – tools, resources, and a step-by-step process to help Coaches onboard easily and efficiently.
Getting Started – For Participants – an easy reference where Coaches can direct their clients to guide them through all Coachmetrix features from a Participant’s perspective.
Best Practices – offering Coaches tips on how to get the most out of your Coachmetrix experience.
The Coachmetrix Knowledge Base is available to all Coachmetrix users – Coaches and Participants. It can be accessed by clicking on the “Knowledge Base” link in black bar at the top of every page. It will open a new window so it’s easy to toggle between Coachmetrix and the Knowledge Base.
Our goal is to make the Knowledge Base a valuable resource for all Coaches and Participants. We are committed to keeping it current and relevant. Check it out and let us know what you think!
