According to research by Marshall Goldsmith in his article Leadership is a Contact Sport, there is a direct correlation between follow-up with supporters and perceived leadership effectiveness. Participants and Coaches can now follow-up directly from Coachmetrix with a welcome message, a follow-up message or a custom message. You can even schedule the messages for a future date!
