New Visual Reporting That Shows Real Behavior Change
Pulse feedback is one of the most powerful elements of the Coachmetrix platform. To make that feedback even more actionable, we added new visual reporting on both project and participant pages.
On Your Project Pages
You’ll now find a clean, easy-to-read chart that highlights:
- Average improvement for each participant
- Round-by-round score changes
- Dates associated with each round
- A quick snapshot of overall progress
This view gives you a crisp narrative to share with sponsors and stakeholders, and it reinforces the measurable impact of your work.
On Participant Pages
Each participant now has an at-a-glance report that includes:
- All active goals
- Average score per round
- Average overall score across their coaching engagement
This gives you a fast way to see what’s improving, where momentum is building, and where additional support may be needed. In the coming weeks, this chart will move directly to the Pulse Feedback page for even easier access.
Share Content Directly from a Participant’s Page
We streamlined one of the most common actions coaches take.
Instead of navigating to the library to share content, you can now send resources directly from a participant’s page. With the new Share Content button, you can quickly send:
- Resources
- Collections
- Assignments
- Events
This update cuts out unnecessary steps and keeps your workflow focused where it matters, on the participant.
A Redesigned Events Feature That Simplifies Scheduling
Events received one of the biggest upgrades in this release. We redesigned the entire experience to make scheduling and session management more intuitive.
Here’s what’s now available:
Set Time and Date Right Inside the Event
No more jumping between tools or pages. You can schedule coaching sessions, workshops, and other events with a clean, simple interface.
Update Dates Anytime
If a session needs to shift, you can easily adjust the time and date from the participant’s page without disrupting the event setup.
Automate Pre- and Post-Event Resources
Coaching takes intention. The logistics shouldn’t get in the way.
With new automation options, you can schedule content to go out before or after an event. This includes:
- Discussion templates
- Individual resources
- Collections
- Assignments
You can automate one item or multiple items, giving you a structured, consistent coaching process without manual follow-up.
This changes the game for scaling your practice. It keeps participants engaged and creates a more predictable rhythm that reinforces learning.
Personalize Discussion Templates with Variables
Several weeks ago, we also introduced variable fields in discussion templates. Now you can personalize automated messages with:
- Participant first and last name
- Event date
- Event start and end time
- Coach name
This gives every automated touchpoint a more human tone, while still saving you hours of manual customization.
