NEW PARTICIPANT TOUR
Last month we introduced a completely new Coach Tour so that you could view sample project data anytime. Today, we launched a Participant Tour to accelerate your Participant’s ability to easily use Coachmetrix on your coaching or leadership development engagement. On the Participant’s main page they’ll see a green tile labeled Coachmetrix Tour which will guide them through setting up an action plan, adding supporters, viewing pulse feedback and more. Your Participants can click around to get familiar with Coachmetrix, and you, as the Coach, can use it to demo Coachmetrix with your Participants.
VIDEO ADDED TO QUICK START GUIDE – KNOWLEDGE BASE
Last month we created a step-by-step quick start guide in our knowledge base that walks you through the most important steps in quickly setting up your projects. This month, we added short, instructional video tours for both the Coach and Participant.

GRAPHING ISSUES FIXED
We fixed a graphing bug on the Project Dashboard when more than three Participants were part of a project. The project level graphs are now cleanly displayed, no matter how many Participants you have on an engagement.
