Supporter Relationship Labels Bring Context to Feedback

You can now label supporters based on their relationship to the participant, including:

  • Manager
  • Direct Report
  • Peer
  • Other

These labels appear directly on the Supporters tile and provide immediate context when reviewing Pulse feedback.

This update brings the clarity of a 360-style view while keeping the setup process simple and flexible.

When adding a supporter, you can:

  • Assign a relationship label at the time of setup
  • Select which goals the supporter is connected to
  • Edit labels at any time for existing supporters

If three or more supporters share the same category, that label will appear on the Pulse Feedback page. Manager feedback is always identified and not anonymous, preserving transparency and trust.

Scheduled Assignments Support Better Timing

You can now schedule assignments to be sent at a future date and time.

This gives coaches and administrators the ability to:

  • Align assignments with coaching sessions or milestones
  • Prepare work in advance without manual sending
  • Maintain consistency across programs and participants

Once scheduled, Coachmetrix automatically delivers the assignment at the right moment.

Improved Messaging That Feels More Human

All outgoing Coachmetrix messages have been refreshed, including:

  • Resource and collection notifications
  • Event updates
  • Discussion messages

The updated formatting is clearer, more approachable, and better aligned with how people actually communicate. Messages feel intentional and human, while remaining professional and easy to act on.

What’s Coming Next in Coachmetrix

A UI refresh is coming soon, focused on improving usability and overall experience while preserving the functionality users rely on today. Additional platform enhancements are already in progress, shaped by ongoing customer feedback.

Coachmetrix continues to build intentionally, listening closely and prioritizing what improves the coaching experience most.
