SHARING ACTION PLANS

As you probably know, it’s easy for a participant or coach to share a Coachmetrix action plan with anyone. We updated the image on the Share Action Plan page to indicate that the Goal, Behavioral Statement and Additional details are provided when an action plan is shared. We also made a few tweaks so that the message accompanying the action plan is better formatted.

PARTICIPANT NAME ADDED TO PULSE FEEDBACK REQUEST 

We updated the pulse feedback request email subject line to include the participant’s name in both the initial message and reminder messages. We heard from supporters who are providing input for several participants that this would help them stay organized.

DEFAULT SETTING CHANGED FOR SHARING RESOURCES

Based on popular demand, we changed the default setting when sharing Resources and Collections so that none of the participants on a project are selected (instead of defaulting to all project participants selected).

PULSE FEEDBACK BUG FIX 

We made a few minor bug fixes to the pulse feedback mechanism. I’ll spare you the details, and remember that you now have the ability to change the frequency of your pulse feedback requests based on what works with your engagements.
