Happy New Year! We’ve got a lot of momentum heading into 2020 and are thrilled to have you along for the journey!
We are excited to announce that the first phase of Coachmetrix reports have been released. Coaches can now download data for their participants’ action plans, pulse feedback scores and comments as well as all associated dates.
The new Reports tab is accessible from the Coach’s Dashboard.
A coach can choose to report on any of their current or former projects. Once a project has been selected from the drop down menu, a list of all participants in the project will be displayed. Select one or all of the participants and click the Submit button at the bottom.
The data will download to a CSV file for review and easy formatting/manipulation.
The report includes the following fields for all Goals created within the Action Plan:
- Identify Supporter / Participant
- Goal Scale Min / Max
- Goal Creation Date
- Goal Statement
- Behavior Statement
- Goal Score
- Goal Response
- Goal Feedback Date
Each tab of the Report contains data for an individual Participant and each Pulse Feedback Round.

Changing the Email Address on Your Account
QUICK TIP: Did you know that you can change the email address on your account? It’s easy! Click on your name in the top right corner and select User Settings from the drop down menu. Your current email address will be displayed. You can edit/change your email and select update profile at the bottom of the page.
